My drain was clogged in my apt. The maintenance guy said it was grease down drain...the p.m. called JFK plumbing..Mr Doug the plumber took a look at the drain and in basement...he used this snake..he was really professional and efficient...he explained everything he was doing and the result..no grease in the drain and he was quick and bless his heart he was cleaning up after himself ...some water was on the floor and under sink ..I told him thats ok I'm going to clean after..so people reading this if u need good.. efficient and professional plumbers ...JFK PLUMBING AND HEATING ...should be the place you call for all your plumbing needs...again so grateful to Mr.Doug ..also he was quick too him no time to fix the drain and he made sure that what he called a tornado of water ...water going down drain and not coming back up before he left.thank you again

FANTASTIC WORK!!! I called JFK initially just to get a 2nd estimate on a $12K+ sewer line replacement that the 1st company said would be required due to a collapsed area in the line. Instead of just giving me their estimate, JFK took a thorough look, said the pipes might NOT be collapsed, and during that visit they cleared the line and fixed the problem. Total cost: $550.
